Una burrata grotesca, que consistía en una ensalada de lechuga iceberg del super sin aliñar con aceitunas negras de lata chunga metida dentro de una calcone. Todo sin gracia, con ingredientes de lo más básico y sin ningún mimo. Pasta con crema saladisima y con glutam”
